Bid 5% Bid Security - in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders The Contractor shall have 375 Calendar Days to complete the project from the selected Notice to Proceed Date. The Earliest Notice to Proceed is 7/28/25. The Latest Notice to Proceed is 10/7/25. Based on the Latest NTP all project work must be completed by 10/16/26. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by written request of the bidder received in the Leavenworth County Public Works Office, prior to the time and date for bid opening; provided, however, that no bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
