Reference Number 0000292827 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/12 03:00:00 PM CDT Supply and installation of 24-gauge metal roofing and all incidentals to install roofing on existing 2,988 square foot (124.5 ft. x 24 ft.) timber frame arbor. This must include synthetic underlayment, overlap seal (butyl tape), all edge trims and eavestroughs. Supply and coordinate with the Municipal Building Inspector on color of metal roofing before ordering. The work under this contract muct be completed by June 18, 2025. The intent of this Bid/Tender Call is to obtain a formal offer to supply and install metal roofing and eavestroughs on the existing timber arbor at the rest area in St. Malo (Coin Rendezvous). The lowest of any Tender not necessarily accepted. The Rural Municipality of De Salaberry reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive the irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the owner in its sole and unfettered discretion.
