Reference Number 0000293931 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/13 04:00:00 PM CDT This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Environment and Climate Change ("ECC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for design and construction of a new comfort camping village in St. Malo Provincial Park, Manitoba as further described in Appendix 7 Specifications and Drawings (the "Work"). The Services consists of, but are not limited to, design, supply, install and construct a new 'Comfort Camping' (small cottages) village at St. Malo Provincial Park. The Proponent must utilize the design-build service delivery methodology and a full range of professional consultant and contractor services during the design and construction phases of the project. The work is being done in St. Malo Provincial Park, Manitoba. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction with road, beach and campground users in the area year-round. Anticipated Execution of Agreement July 2025 Expected Date of total completion May 31, 2026 A performance bond of fifty percent (50%) of the contract price for the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen performance bond included as Schedule A of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement; and A labour and material payment bond of Fifty Percent (50%) of the cost of the Project containing the same terms and conditions as the specimen labour and material payment bond included as Schedule B of Appendix 4 (Bonding Requirements) of the Agreement.
