The City of Spring Hill is seeking qualified consultants to provide design services related to a concept design for a new library. The selected consultant will be required to evaluate the proposed site conditions, incorporate space needs as provided by the City and develop a concept plan for approval by the City's Board of Mayor and Aldermen. All firms submitting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must have demonstrated experience and expertise in the fields associated with this type of design and will be required to abide by all city, state and federal regulations as applicable. The Statement of Qualification submittal shall not exceed a total of twenty (20) pages in double-sided format or forty (40) pages in single-sided format excluding a cover letter that shall not exceed one (1) single sided page, table of contents, page dividers, and cover(s). Statements of Qualification that do not adhere to these submittal requirements will be considered non-responsive. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. DO NOT INCLUDE PRICE INFORMATION IN YOUR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS. Selection will be based on qualifications. Data or information so identified will be used by the City solely for the purpose of evaluating proposals and conducting contract negotiations.
