CR Number: 2122043 The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, testing, inspection and whatever else is necessary, whether described or not, in order to reconstruct the bathroom, shower, and electrical closet on the first floor of the Garden City Fire Department (GCFD) Headquarters. The Contractor shall remove the existing toilet, urinal, partitions, sink, soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, and mirror in the first-floor bathroom. The contractor shall prep the existing floor and walls for the new epoxy flooring. The Contractor shall demolish and remove all existing fixtures, components, equipment, materials, plumbing, electrical and any other item necessary in the existing apparatus floor bathroom as shown on the demolition plans. The Contractor shall demo and remove existing CMU walls noted on the plans. The existing dead wires and electrical panels in the first-floor closet shall be removed. Any wires or devices that are in use shall be relocated to the existing panels in the new electrical closet. The Contractor shall demo and remove the existing gear dryer. The Contractor shall relocate the existing washing machine/dryer and gear washer to the new laundry room. The Contractor shall furnish and install a new gear dryer in the laundry room. The Contractor is responsible to furnish and install all items for electrical supply, plumbing supply, sanitary lines, ventilation ductwork, air conditioning ductwork and lines sets, epoxy flooring, new walls, plumbing fixtures, floor drains, light fixtures, equipment, and accessories to renovate the GCFD Headquarters first floor bathroom, electrical closet, apparatus floor bathroom and laundry room as shown on the plans and as described in the specifications Contract term: 1 Year Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No
