BIDS WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE, IF BIDDERS - TAKE EXCEPTIONS TO PGW'S SPECIFICATIONS OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS - MUST BID ON THE BRAND SPECIFIED, PER ATTACHED SPEC 3156, NO SUBSTITUTES - FAIL TO PROVIDE PRICING AND LEAD TIME All Questions Must Be Asked During the Clarification Period Bidders Are Requested to Quote the Following: Payment Terms: Net 30 Days, Freight: Paid, F.o.b.: Destination. If No Bidder is Able to Meet the Required Delivery Date, Pgw Will Award to the Lowest Responsive, Responsible Bidder Whose Delivery Date is Closest to the Required Delivery Date. if Lowest Bid Price is Equal, the Following Factors Will Be Taken Into Consideration to Determine the Award: 1. Lead-time 2. Best and Final Offer (Bafo) Vendors Will Be Notified Accordingly by the Respective Buyer if Any of These Factors Are Applied. (2) Late Delivery Penalty - in Case of Delayed Delivery of Any Shipment, Starting From the Second Week of Delay, Pgw Will Deduct Two [2] Percent of the Contract Price for Every Week of Delay.
