Site work and paving for a road / highway in Woodbury, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

A proposal bond approved by the county solicitor in an amount equal To 10% of total bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. 2. A certificate (Consent of Surety) as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-22 from a Surety Company stating that it will provide the bidder if successful, with a performance bond and payment bond in the sum of not less than the total contract. 3. A completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. 4. A Completed Public Disclosure Information Sheet indicating stockholders in the Corporation or Partnership who owns 10% or more of its stock as provided in N.J.S.A. 5. Wage and Hour Compliance Acknowledgment. 6. Plan and Equipment Questionnaire. 7. Business Registration Certificate, including all sub-contractors. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, laws against discrimination because of race, religion, sex, color, etc. All bidders are hereby notified that compliance with the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (N.J.S.A.34:11-56.25, et. seq.) and/or County of Gloucester rules and regulations that are applicable to this project will be required of any contract awarded. The Purchasing Agent or The Board of County Commissioners, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities and to award the contract to the bidder whose proposal is best suited to the County's requirements. Any bid obviously unbalanced may be rejected. Bid date notes: Each Bid must be signed in ink by an authorized representative of the company, and be delivered at the place and on the hour named above. If mailed, the sealed bid envelop must be within an outer mailing envelope, and be received at the Office of the County Purchasing Agent prior to the hour named above. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. The project will consist of the Resurfacing And Safety Improvements To Elk Road (CR538) Between Bridgeton Pike (State Route 77) And Hardingville Road (CR609), *And* To Ferrell Road (CR616) Between Bridgeton Pike (State Route 77) And Elk Road (CR538) In The Township Of Elk, including intersection safety improvements, and drainage improvements. The work on both Elk Road (CR538) *AND* Ferrell Road (CR616) shall include but not be limited to: a mill and overlay with a 2-1/2-inch depth of Hot Mix Asphalt 12.5ME Surface Course. The current centerline grade will be generally held. The pavement cross slope will be developed at 2%, exceptions being maintaining curb reveal or drainage patterns where necessary. Existing drainage patterns will be maintained. Driveway aprons shall be replaced and/or adjusted where necessary and as shown on the plans. All existing corrugated metal pipe crossings shall be replaced with reinforced concrete pipe, as noted on the plans. All roadway markings and raised pavement markings shall be removed and replaced in accordance with current standards. All roadway signs shall be removed and replaced as noted on the plans. Existing signs shall become the property of Gloucester County for possible future use. Any detour plans must be submitted to the County for approval. Quantities as shown are approximate and shall be directed by the County for each location on the EstimateDistribution of Quantities sheet. The County reserves the right to direct additional quantities at any of the locations within the project. Items such as clearing site and fuel price adjustment are lump sum/dollar and are applied to the entire project as a whole and are not distributed to any particular location. All restoration, soil erosion measures and protection of existing conditions shall be included in the contract and paid for under the item clearing site unless a specific pay item and location is indicated on the plans. It shall be noted that a minimum of 50% of the roadway millings shall become the property of the County. These millings shall be delivered to the County Landfill located at 503 Monroeville Road, Swedesboro, NJ, 08085, in South Harrison Township
