Reference number: 20068463 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months) 7 The Ministere des Ressources naturelles et des Forets (MRNF) through its Direction regionale de la Mauricie-Lanaudiere wishes to proceed with the dismantling, recovery, cleaning and restoration of two (2) accommodation sites located in the Agglomeration of La Tuque, in the Mauricie region. The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a construction contract for the proper disposal in authorized locations of buildings, construction debris, trailer, septic tank, waste materials and all other materials. An RBQ licence is required given the nature of this work. The contract will begin on the date of signature and end no later than January 31, 2025. The work shall begin on the date set by the Minister's representative who shall notify the contractor in writing and be completed no later than September 15, 2025. The interim report for each site should be submitted by 1 October 2025 and the final report by 29 November 2025. The bid must be submitted by a service provider who has, in Quebec, an establishment where he or she operates on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his or her name and accessible during normal office hours. The Minister draws your attention in particular to clauses 3.11 and 3.12 of the tender document, which indicate the conditions of eligibility for contractors and compliance with the tenders to be submitted under this tender.
