West Hazleton - 2025 Multi Modal Project The Borough reserves the right to reject any Bids or waive any irregularities. Bids may be held for 60 days after opening, however awarding of the contract to the lowest responsible bidder may be delayed 120 days in order to obtain required approval of other government agencies or closing on project funds. Question Deadline 05/08/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Location online portal. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond and payment bond equal to 100% of the Contract price.
