**As of July 8, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Base Bid Replace Membrane Roofs as indicated in the Drawings a. Remove existing roofing and flashings to deck, repair deck as required and as indicated at equipment to be removed. 1) Refer to roof system log for existing materials and locations. Carefully repair deck at damaged areas as specified. Include 1,200 SF of formboard and LWIC replacement at Roofs E and G in Base Bid, as specified. b. MEP Modifications: 1) Coordinate work of this Project with concurrent rooftop unit replacement project at Roof Areas D, F, G and H as indicated in the Drawings. Drawings of concurrent project are available upon request. 2) Increase height of all existing curbs as required to provide a minimum of 12" base flashing height above the level of the new roof system. 3) Relocate existing penetrations and raise existing piping/conduit lines at locations identified on the drawings. 4) Remove and dispose of abandoned equipment. 5) Provide new pipe supports at all existing gas, refrigerant, and conduit lines at new roof areas. 6) Replace all existing gas lines at new roof areas, prime and paint. 7) Remove existing abandoned penetrations and repair deck as indicated in the drawings. 8) Replace all existing roof drains and hose bibs. 9) Install new roof drains as specified.
