ORDER OF MAGNITUDE: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,0Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing. All questions and subsequent answers will be posted to the SAM.gov website. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to continuously monitor the site for updates. All questions shall be submitted electronically to the individual(s) listed above no later than 09:00 A.M. CENTRAL TIME 26 JUNE 2025.
