Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Woodridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The proposed work consists of furnishing all necessary labor (prevailing wage), materials, and equipment to complete all work related to the redevelopment of playgrounds at Goodrich School (3450 Hobson Rd.), Meadowview School (2525 Mitchell Dr.), and Windy Point Park (2100 Egerton Dr.) all located in Woodridge, Illinois. Scope of work includes removal and replacement of existing play equipment, borders, and wood fiber surfacing in addition to the addition of an accessible ramps, landscape plantings and the installation of site furnishings/amenities. All work as specified and in compliance with all applicable laws and codes. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Information (other than in the form of a written Addendum issued by the Park District) from any officer, agent, or employee of the Park District or any other person shall not affect the risks or obligations assumed by the Bidder or relieve him from fulfilling any of the conditions and obligations set forth in the bid and/or other contract documents. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
