Any request for information or questions pertaining to this bid, shall be emailed to Jeff Moline at jmoline@woodridgeil.gov by 12:00 pm (noon) CST, on September 26, 2025. CONTRACT PERIOD: October 27, 2025 to May 29, 2026 The Village of Woodridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Woodridge. The Village of Woodridge is replacing seventeen (17) fire hydrants along with the hydrant auxiliary valves throughout the Village which shall be the base bid for this project. Waterous Fire hydrants will be supplied by the Village. The unit price per hydrant removal and installation of new hydrant system shall include all costs for the work including all labor, equipment, mobilization, fuel, and miscellaneous costs, etc. Costs outside of the proposed unit price included in the bid shall be considered incidental to the project. Pricing is requested in two (2) pricing categories: A) nine (9) feet deep or less; and B) more than nine (9) feet deep.
