Renovation of an educational facility in Stoughton, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
SECPSD is calling for tenders for the replacement of the Stoughton School gym roof project. The work will include for the recover of approximately 7,975 ft2 (741 m2) of existing metal roof system with the installation of a new SBS roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin on August 5, 2025; the completion date is September 30, 2025. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
