Renovation of a water / sewer project in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work on a stipulated price basis in accordance with the contract documents to complete the following building structure work at the City of Yorkton's Park St Pumping Station: Underslab building mechanical piping, floor drains, cleanouts, etc; Helical screw pile foundation; Concrete grade beam and structure slab; Steel stud framing, insulation, sheathing and exterior finishing; Exterior doors; and Wooden roof truss system, sheathing and stand seam metal roofing. Relevant documents for procurement can be found on biddingo.com/yorkton Questions or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing no later than the end of the working day on May 15th, 2025. Replies will be in the form of a written addenda which will be posted on https://www.biddingo.com/yorkton no later than two (2) working days before the date set for the receipt of Bids.
