Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work on a unit price basis in accordance with the contract documents to complete water main and service replacements, sanitary sewer main and service replacements, and storm sewer, sidewalk and roadway improvements on Dalebrooke Drive over an approximate length of 230m between and including the Broadway Street West and Lakeview Road intersections. Bid Documents may be viewed and obtained on-line at https://biddingo.com/yorkton Questions or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing no later than the end of the working day on March 20th, 2025. Replies will be in the form of a written addenda which will be posted on https://www.biddingo.com/yorkton no later than three (3) working days before the date set for the receipt of Bids. All work in Phase 1 must not commence before May 5th, 2025, and must be completed before May 21st, 2025. All work in Phase 2 must not commence before the completion of all work in Phase 1. All work in Phase 2 must be completed before September 30th, 2025.
