Site work and paving for a road / highway in Garwood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the Plans and Specifications by the Engineer. Bids must be made on the borough's form of bid and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the borough clerk, borough of garwood, 403 south avenue, garwood, n. J. And hand delivered or sent via certified mail at the place and hour named. Bids shall be endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name and address "bid proposal for contract 2025-1 - resurfacing of sections of east street, new street and walnut street". Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of njsa 10:5-31 et. Seq. And njac 17:27. The borough of garwood hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract to any bidder whose proposal, in the borough's judgement, best serves its interest. This project is funded by the new jersey department of transportation as a municipal aid project under the 1984 new jersey transportation trust fund. All work is subject to njdot commissioner's approval. Question Deadline: May 7, 2025 1:00 P.M
