One bid will be received for all work as shown in the plans. Subject to the right of the owner to reject any and all bids and as provided below. The owner will award a single contract for all work in this project. Bidders must furnish all information requested on or accompanying the bid proposal. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of the bid. Each BID must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside as "Bid for Manchester Local School District Pavement Reconstruction". Documents may be obtained electronically or in paper format. To obtain documents electronically, interested parties must be placed on the Plan Holder's List by completing a Plan Holder's List Application as provided by the Engineer. All provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, as it relates to bid guarantees, conditions, liabilities, and withdrawal of a bid are pertinent to this contract.
