**As of December 23, 2025, project was awarded, start date the beginning of 2026** Work under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, access to the work, materials, and equipment necessary to perform exterior renovations including restoration of existing HVAC sleeve openings and installation of new HVAC sleeves and AC units, as well as repair and correction of any deficiencies that exist and replace the same as further specified. Follow this specification, BIA, NCA requirements, all building codes and regulatory requirements. If a conflict is found within the contract documents, the most stringent requirement shall apply. Install all items as identified and appropriate. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following 1. Removal of material covering / infilling existing openings. 2. Removal of portion of wall for HVAC sleeve installation. 3. Installation of HVAC sleeves, AC units and associated trim. 4. Repair and replacement of any interior or exterior materials damaged during work.
