Renovation of a multi-residential development in Manchester, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Work under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, access to the work, materials, and equipment necessary to perform exterior renovations including restoration of existing HVAC sleeve openings and installation of new HVAC sleeves and AC units, as well as repair and correction of any deficiencies that exist and replace the same as further specified. Follow this specification, BIA, NCA requirements, all building codes and regulatory requirements. If a conflict is found within the contract documents, the most stringent requirement shall apply. Install all items as identified and appropriate. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following 1. Removal of material covering / infilling existing openings. 2. Removal of portion of wall for HVAC sleeve installation. 3. Installation of HVAC sleeves, AC units and associated trim. 4. Repair and replacement of any interior or exterior materials damaged during work. The Adams Metropolitan Housing Authority (Adams MHA) invites sealed bids from prospective contractors for: HVAC Replacements Foothill Apartments 900 Cemetery St, Manchester, Ohio 45144 Shady Meadows 37 8 th Ave, Peebles, Ohio 45660 Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount specified in the Bidding Documents, made payable to the Adams Metropolitan Housing Authority. Questions and requests for substitutions shall be submitted to the Architect's office not later than 5:00 p.m., November 13, 2025. The Housing Authority reserves the right to cancel any solicitation and to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid for good cause when it is in the best interest of the Housing Authority.
