Southwood Park Development - Park Pavilion Question Deadline 05/20/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Location online portal. The right is reserved: 1) to reject any or all bids; 2) to re-advertise for new bids; 3) to waive any irregularity, mistake, error or omission in any bid received; 4) to accept the lowest responsible bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the Owners. Bids shall be firm and binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening, except as otherwise provided by PA Act No. 1978-317. Bids cannot be modified or withdrawn (except as provided) during that time period. The amount of the Performance Bond required by the Contract Documents will be one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the work, according to the awarded Contract price. This project is funded in part with grant funds from the Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program and as such, all applicable requirements, as outlined in the attached grant contract apply. Bidders' response is acknowledgement of willingness to comply with these requirements. Project has been cancelled.
