Southwood Park Development - Park Fence Question Deadline 05/20/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the Clarifications feature in web site no later than fourteen (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda via online. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and otherinterpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect The right is reserved: 1) to reject any or all bids; 2) to re-advertise for new bids; 3) to waive any irregularity, mistake, error or omission in any bid received; 4) to accept the lowest responsible bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the Owners. Bids shall be firm and binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening, except as otherwise provided by PA Act No. 1978-317. Bids cannot be modified or withdrawn (except as provided) during that time period. The amount of the Performance Bond required by the Contract Documents will be one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the work, according to the awarded Contract price. This project is funded in part with grant funds from the Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program and as such, all applicable requirements, as outlined in the attached grant contract apply. Bidders' response is acknowledgement of willingness to comply with these requirements.
