This modeling effort is intended as a major update to the City's Water Master Plan and will be based on observational and field data due to the absence of SCADA records. The resulting model will provide detailed insight into system performance and inform future planning, operational strategies, and capital improvements. A copy of the most recent Water Master Plan will be provided as an appendix to this RFP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
