Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Millbrae, California. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work to be performed consists of, but is not limited to, mobilization, traffic control and construction signage, water pollution control, dust prevention and control, site cleanup, trench excavation, disposal of excavated material, installation of water main, water services, fire services, tracer wire, water valves and boxes, elbows, cathodic protection, all related equipment, appurtenances, fittings, backfill, existing facilities removal and abandonment, flushing, testing, and disinfection, the removal and replacement of existing 6-inch or 8-inch sewer mains with 8-inch sewer mains using pipe reaming, pipe bursting, and open cut pipe replacement construction methods, sewer lateral reconnections and replacement, sewer manhole reconnections, cleanout and/or backflow prevention devices, sewer manhole installations and rehabilitation, surface restoration, pavement restoration, potholing, asphalt concrete removal, asphalt concrete installation, traffic control, mobilization, manhole modifications, sewage bypassing and all other work as shown on the plans and as called for in the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
