Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Texas. Design plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; 680,000-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a swimming pool; hospitality development; restaurant; retail development; recreation facility; retail development; fitness / recreation center; theater / auditorium; office development; medical facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Plans call to construct a mix-used new city hall and adjacent hotel, restaurant/retail, and entertainment spaces. The new facility is 60,000 square feet, 20,000 square feet larger than the current 40,000 facility on East Broad Street. Other plans call for a half-mile canal loop, a boardwalk plaza, and a six-acre lake. The project location is 19 miles south of Arlington, the project is adjacent to the Methodist Mansfield Medical Center on E. Broad Street between Texas State Highway 360 and U.S. 287. As of August 5, 2025, the project is in design. Construction is slated to begin third quarter of 2025, with completion date of 2026. However, the firm timelines have not been released.
