Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheswick, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work shall consist of removing the existing EPDM Roofing System to the deck, installation of polyisocyanurate insulation, installation of a new Rubber Roofing System per manufactures specifications, installation of finish for outside and miscellaneous metal flashing, and other miscellaneous work. Proposals must be submitted upon the original forms furnished by the Township. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates Will Apply. Each Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashiers check as bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to the Township. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of opening. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount, and an 18-month Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required. West Deer Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part, to waive any informalities, and to alter the scope of work.
