Business name, address, phone number, email, and contact person. 2. Cost of the work for painting using Sherwin Williams paint spec. 3. Include the cost of paint in your proposal. 4. Cost of the work involved for wood repair using cedar wood to match existing. 5. Project duration and when you expect to have the project started and completed. 6. Include warranty for product and for work. 7. Include your liability insurance coverage that meets Township requirements *See attached All proposals received by due date and time will be evaluated. The Charter Township of Oakland Historic District Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to make an award based directly on the proposals, or to negotiate further with one or more firms. The firm selected for the award will be chosen on the basis of the apparent greatest benefit to the township.
