The purpose of this RFP is to select an engineering firm(s) based on their qualifications and experience of the firm's personnel to perform Professional Geotechnical Engineering and Testing and Inspection Services required at facilities operated by the Brazos River Authority ("BRA") throughout the Brazos River Basin including but not limited to, water intake and pump stations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, roadways, parks, dams, and pipelines. The BRA shall have the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, and to waive any technicalities in the interest of the BRA. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
