Project Number: NA19CL016H8, NA18CL103 Question Deadline 10/07/2025- Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to both the Contract Specialist at jong.kim@ihs.gov and Contracting Officer at andrew.hart@ihs.gov. Questions should be received no later than 10 calendar days prior to the proposal receipt date. The project involves constructing new helipad landing areas at three Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities: Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Pinon Health Services, and Tsaile Health Center. These facilities currently lack designated helipads, requiring staff to close nearby traffic during medivac landings, which poses safety risks. The design phase is complete, and the project is ready for construction. The work will be procured as a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside under NAICS code 237990, with a size standard of $45 million. The construction duration is 180 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, and the estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. Location: Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Highway 191 and Hospital Drive, Chinle, AZ 86503 Pinon Health Services, Navajo Route 4, Pinon, AZ 86510 Tsaile Health Center, Navajo Route 64, Tsaile, AZ 86556 CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
