The Board of County Commissioners of Saline County, Kansas, invites qualified and experienced individual(s) or firm(s) to provide demolition services for Saline County. Saline County is requesting bids for the demolition and site clearance of an existing structure (approximately 41,114 square feet), together with associated out buildings and appurtenances within a 3-acre site located at approximately 615 W. Elm Street Salina, Kansas. The successful Contractor will be expected to provide all tools, transportation, labor, and equipment necessary to perform the required duties herein. The overall objective of this project is to remove the structure, debris, identified trees, site components, etc. and to leave the ground empty, level, and ready for future development. Architectural plans for the 1995 portion of the Jail are available upon request by emailing Hannah Bett - betth@salinecountyks.gov.
