A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Question Deadline 05/23/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Offerors are encouraged to submit written questions via electronic mail or facsimile, at least five business days prior to the submittal date or as provided by addenda, if issued. The Town of Oro Valley - Oro Valley Water Utility (OVWU) has elected to use the CMAR delivery method for the NWRRDS OVWU Independent Transmission Main to provide the Town's CAP allotted water to the OVWU water system. The new pipeline will connect to the OVWU Independent Booster Discharge Pipeline at Lambert Lane and Blue Bonnet Road and will tie into the OVWU Independent Forebay Reservoir at 11425 N. Shannon Road. The pipeline is 20-inch diameter Ductile Iron Pipe and approximately 4.2 miles length. The Design Professional for this project was WestLand Resources. The new pipeline will connect to the OVWU Independent Booster Discharge Pipeline at Lambert Lane and Blue Bonnet Road and will tie into the OVWU Independent Forebay Reservoir at 11425 N.
