Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Oro Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The Town of Oro Valley is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms with experience in design, installation, and integration of commercial fuel system infrastructure, including AST tank replacement, dispenser upgrades, and electronic monitoring systems. This effort is a scaled-back modernization of a previously designed fuel island upgrade, to be accomplished within the existing site footprint, without significant civil modifications Any questions regarding this amendment should be addressed to Cherie Odeski at caodeski@orovalleyaz.gov. Replace Existing ASTs (Unleaded and Diesel): o Remove existing above-ground tanks. o Provide and install newer tanks of equal or larger capacity, subject to site constraints Add 91 Octane Fuel Capability: o Integrate a new tank or partitioned tank section to support 91-grade unleaded. o Include necessary piping and infrastructure for dispensing. Replace Existing Fuel Dispenser: o Capable of handling three products. o Capable of handling two simultaneous transactions Install Fuel Monitoring System: o Provide product level monitoring compatible with FMLive fuel management software.
