Renovation of a fire / police facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to select a qualified Contractor to provide all necessary materials and labour to replace the existing roofing system on seven (7) low sloped roof areas on the Colwood Fire Rescue building located at 3215 Metchosin Road, Colwood BC. The work generally includes but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal and disposal of existing roofing system components. .2 Supply and Installation of new roofing system .3 Supply and install wood blocking around perimeter walls, expansion joints, control joints of all existing roof areas. .4 Supply and install of red safety line. .5 Supply and install new metal cap flashing Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Enquiries Deadline 3:00 p.m., May 27, 2025
