Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/23 02:30:00 PM NDT The Province invites bids for the supply and delivery two (2) types of voice amplification systems, on a standing offer basis. The initial term of the Agreement will be for a period of 24 months. After the initial term, the Agreement may be extended based on mutual consent for up to two (2) additional 12-month extension periods, renewed each year. The Agreement will have a maximum potential duration of four (4) years. The Province reserves the right to reject any Bids from Successful Bidders that have failed to fulfill their obligations under any prior contract with the Province in the two-year period prior to the Closing Date.
