CULVERT REPLACEMENT AND OTHER WORK Bridge File 70496, SW 21-59-21-W4M Carrying Range Road 212 over Kennedy Creek, 7 km SE of Thorhild Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of the existing 1-6.1 m treated timber bridge on a treated timber substructure and the installation of a new 3050 mm by 3050 mm precast box culvert. The crossing is located on Range Road 214 over Kennedy Creek, 7 km southeast of Thorhild. A location plan has been included in the Plans and Permits section of this document for the Contractor's convenience. Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following: Traffic Accommodation TSS Testing Demolition and Disposal of Bridge Structure Excavation - Structural Precast Box Culvert Installation (material will be preordered) Backfill Roadway Work Supply and Placement of Class 1 Heavy Rock Riprap Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Straw Roll) Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Soil Covering (Type C) Supply and Installation of Rock Lined Ditch Drains - Class 1M Supply and Installation of Erosion Control Barrier (Silt Fence) Documents can be obtained from https://mpaeng.bidsandtenders.ca/
