The remaining roof at the SHA Centreville shop that needs to be coated is Approximately 13,500 sqft, and the product that was previously used on the front half of the building was GAF acrylic base coat with an acrylic high tensile topcoat. Per The manufacturers specifications to achieve a five year warranty. The base coat will need to be applied at a rate of 1.5 gallons per 100sqft, and The topcoat will need to be applied at a rate of 2 gallons per 100sqft to achieve the manufacturers five-year warranty.
