The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price to Springettsbury Township and having a surety thereon such company as may be acceptable to the Township. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid, made payable to Springettsbury Township.
