Each bidder must submit with his bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid made payable to the order of the Central Delaware County Authority. for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the best interest of the Authority. QA: There is no goal amount.
