A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: Installation of a new, 100,000-gallon ground storage tank adjacent to and supplemental to the existing Queenstown Outlets' water tower to meet the Town's water service obligations and fire flows for all existing and planned development. Completion of a new 4" production well in the Matawan aquifer and associated treatment for water supply and redundancy. Upgrade inadequate sections of the existing Town infrastructure and water mains which currently do not have adequate pressure during fire flow scenarios. Substantial completion: 540 days.
