Each electronic bid shall be accompanied by a bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or bank draft for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, payable to the City of Wisconsin Rapids. The City of Wisconsin Rapids reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities, and to make awards in such manner as may be deemed proper and in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 05/28/2025 No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the City Engineer. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids will be in the form of an Addendum to the Contract Documents, and when issued, will be on file in the office of the City Engineer at least five (5) days before bids are opened
