Site work for a water / sewer project in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description: Project scope of work includes the following approximate quantities: o 2,600 lf 16" PVC C900 watermain and appurtenances o 635 lf 8" fusible PVC C900 watermain directional drill o 320 lf 16" fusible PVC C900 watermain directional drill o 300 lf bore & push 24" steel casing o 9 ea fire hydrant o 16 ea 1" water service o 13,000 sy hydroseeding and restoration o Other miscellaneous construction The goal for MBE is 2% of the total dollar value of the project. The goal for WBE is 3% of the total dollar value of the project. To demonstrate a good faith effort to comply, bidders must include the MBE/WBE subcontractor solicitation for in the bid package. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the City of Grand Forks. The work, if awarded, shall be completed by the following dates: o Pipe installation, backfill and testing: November 1, 2025. o Restoration work (including the four-week maintenance period): June 15, 2026.
