Amendment 2: Solicitation has been extended to Tuesday, May 27th 4:00pm CST to allow additional time due to findings at site visit. Amendment 1: Few things discovered that are being included in addition to SOW - 1. The control wires going to the building will need surge protection and isolation. 2. Freeze protection on the altitude valve (heat trace). 3. Add additional supervision to water supply to the storage tank. 4. Will need to install a manual bypass valve to bypass the altitude valve in the event the altitude valve fails again. This requirement is for the fire suppression repair in accordance with the attached solicitation documents. This RFQ is being issued under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. To be considered for award, vendors must provide a quote on company letterhead (or similar markings, clearly identifying vendor name and address) with the subject number detailing the item description, unit price per item, total price, and valid for at least 60 days aOer receipt of quote. Vendors must provide pricing for each line item. Quotes must include pricing for each line item. Failure to provide all information may result in a quote being determined as non-responsive without discussion.
