This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking a contractor who is capable of performing the replacement of 53,650 SF of asphalt. Quote should include: 4" asphalt replacement, barricading and traffic control, saw cut pavement at limits of construction, excavation and removal of existing damaged asphalt and removal of materials from site, graded and compact existing base material, furnish and install 2.5" base course of #4E hot mix asphalt, apply SS-1h emulsion asphalt binder, furnish and install 1.5" wearing course of #5E hot mix asphalt, re-install pavement markings per original layout design, slean up construction related materials.
