Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Replacement of the existing gravel bitumen multi-layer roof system with a new white elastomer membrane system; 1.2.1. Existing roof with extensive overhang and equipment development telecommunications; 1.2.2. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating its execution sequence with the provider and manager of telecommunications facilities; 1.2.3. Demolition of the existing building taking care of facilities and outbuildings existing; 1.2.4. The organization and execution of the works shall be carried out in concert between Two parties, the winning contractor and the manager of the telecommunications; 1.2.5. Roof replacement work shall be performed at all times with the presence of the Telecommunications Facility Manager and/or its workers; 1.2.6.
