Reference number: 20068612 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-05-16 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 12 This notice includes renewal options: 2 renewal options of 12 months each The Centre de services scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys (CSSMB) wishes to retain the services of three (3) general CONTRACTORS capable of providing, upon request, the manpower required to offer technical services of a general construction nature in order to meet the maintenance and repair needs of all CSSMB buildings. The contract is for a period of one (1) year. There are two (2) ONE (1) year renewal options. Services and work include, but are not limited to, the following: -1. Repair and replacement of interior finishes (floors, ceilings, ceramics, paint, general carpentry, plaster, walls, stairs, etc.); -2. Installation of various accessories (soap dispensers, paper dispensers, class boards, sharpeners, brackets for electronic devices, etc.). The work covered by this contract is of an in-house or emergency nature. The CONTRACTOR will be notified by the client prior to execution of the work. All work to be performed under this contract will be for less than $24,999.99. The successful bidder must also be able to perform work in asbestos conditions. The entire contract will be carried out in three sectors.
