Upgrades, repairs and major rehabilitation of the owner's education resource centre. The scope of the project includes major interior and exterior structural alterations and repairs of electrical and mechanical systems. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in summer 2025. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
