We are seeking proposals for the removal and disposal of the existing Rotary fore and aft inground lift and the installation of one (1) new Rotary SL210 in-ground lift (Work) Project Title: Removal and Installation of Rotary SL210 Inground Lift at the Police Department Garage, 1677 Old Deerfield Rd., Highland Park, IL 60035 Project Description: We are seeking proposals for the removal and disposal of the existing Rotary fore and aft inground lift and the installation of one (1) new Rotary SL210 inground lift. The work will include the following tasks: Scope of Work: 1. Removal of Existing Lift: o Remove and dispose of the existing Rotary fore and aft inground lift, including hydraulic oil and frame. o Leave the rear casing in the ground after removal. o Ensure proper disposal of all materials in compliance with environmental regulations. 2. Concrete Work: o Pour a new concrete floor flush with the existing surface where the old lift was removed. o Finish the concrete floor around the new Rotary SL210 lift installation, ensuring proper leveling and finishing for operational safety. 3. Spoil Profile: o Create a spoil profile to properly dispose of the removed dirt and other materials, in compliance with applicable disposal regulations. 4. Installation of Rotary SL210 Inground Lift: o Install one (1) new Rotary SL210 inground lift, ensuring proper alignment and safety features. o Perform all necessary steps to ensure the lift is securely placed and operational. 5. Electric Hookup: o The contractor is responsible for all electrical work required for the proper operation of the new Rotary SL210 inground lift, including wiring, connections, and any necessary electrical modifications. Compliance Requirements: All work performed under this contract must comply with all applicable state and local building codes and be installed in accordance with manufacturer's specifications to ensure safety, quality, and proper functionality. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets the necessary regulatory requirements throughout the duration of the project. Testing and Quality Assurance: Upon installation, all new equipment must be thoroughly tested to ensure proper functionality.
