Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: Demolition and removals of path, playground, ballfield, and basketball court, grading, bury electric line, installation of new ballfield backstops, loop path, shelter, and rain garden, install owner supplied play equipment and site furnishings, landscape and landscape restoration at Lincoln Park (1280 Green Bay Road, Highland Park, Illinois). The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the work or similar. The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so. In submitting a bid, Contractor acknowledges that Contractor must comply with all requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other applicable Illinois laws.
