Contacts to be updated as awarded contractor information still being located** Sealing and Striping of Gibbes Street and Lexington Avenue The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed RFP responses to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the sealing and striping of Gibbes Street and Lexington Avenue in Irmo, S.C. To qualify for consideration, a firm must possess appropriate experience, licenses and be prepared to provide full sealing and striping services. OVERALL PROJECT SCOPE The Town of Irmo (the Town) is seeking to seal and stripe Gibbes Street and Lexington Avenue in Irmo, S.C. Gibbes Street is approximately 534' long and 55' wide, for ~29,370 sf. Lexington Avenue is approximately 284' long and 60' wide, for ~17,040 sf. Combined this is approximately 46,410 sf. Gibbes Street is currently striped for approximately 39 parking spaces, and additional striping, such as arrows, will be required. Proposals shall be marked with the RFP number on the outside package or envelope. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses submitted and to request additional information from the respondents.
