Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 4 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/09 12:00:00 PM NDT Road maintenance on approximately 651km of roads & bridges in Southern Labrador Road maintenance on approximately 651 km of roads and bridges in Southern Labrador from Red Bay to a turnaround on Route 510 located approximately 78 km southeast of the Veteran's Memorial Bridge, including access roads to St. Lewis, Charlottetown, Pinsent's Arm, Paradise River and Cartwright. Also, included are approximately 46 km of Department and Town owned roads in Lodge Bay, Mary's Harbour, Port Hope Simpson, St. Lewis, Charlottetown, Pinsent's Arm, Paradise River and Cartwright and summer maintenance on approximately 80 km between Red Bay and Lodge Bay. Contractors are advised that the unit prices in this contract will be adjusted after the first year in accordance with the Consumer Price Index for All Items for Newfoundland and Labrador for the previous January 1st to December 31st. The unit prices will be revised only one time per year on October 1st annually beginning October 1st, 2026 and reoccurring on this anniversary date.
