Reference Number 0000386548 The Fox Theater Seat Replacement Phase II project includes, but is not limited to: Protect carpet from all work. Disconnecting the power to the existing upper/balcony end of aisle seat for the aisle lights. Patching the floor at the existing seat anchor locations. Seat anchor/seat removal by others. Sawcut, trench and patch lower-level concrete. Provide new conduit in lower-level trench for power to new aisle lighting. Prepare the existing concrete floor space for new epoxy floor finish and slip resistance additive. Prepare and paint the existing plywood enclosure surrounding the audio equipment with latex based, semi-gloss paint to match epoxy flooring. Apply epoxy color system to both flat and vertical sections of theater seating (Typical of 3 locations). Circuit and connect new power to lower-level aisle seats. Reconnect new seats in upper/balcony level to existing power circuit. New seat anchor/seat installation by others.
